Hosted Solutions

We offer shared and dedicated hosting. Shared hosting simply means that your Koomb is hosted on a server with other Koombs. Not to worry, Koombs get along just fine and to make sure they do we give them lots of space and resources to go about their business without impacting others. Dedicated hosting means that your Koomb is hosted on its own server, all by itself. Your Koomb can be configured to seamlessly interact with other Koombs anywhere in the world so you don't have to feel guilty about isolating it from the hive.

Our hosted solutions include free technical support and upgrades.

Software

Not interested in hosting your Koomb in our state-of-the-art datacenter? That's okay, we understand after all you want to be in control. The prices below are for a single installations and do not included support and/or maintenance (See below). To run Koomb you will need a Windows Server running IIS and any flavour of Microsoft SQL Server. Although we don't recommend it for multiple users, you can run Koomb on Windows XP and Windows Vista using SQL Server Express edition (which is free!). Yes you heard us right, you can run Koomb on your desktop!

Maintenance & Support

We highly recommend you purchase a support and maintenance plan when purchasing Koomb. Our maintenance and support plans are for one year from date of purchase and include free unlimited technical support and upgrades. Of course you can choose to renew your maintenance as many times as you like.

Appliances

The cost of the appliance will include hardware, Microsoft SQL Server web license, Microsoft Server 2008 license, product license and mandatory maintenance plan. Prices will vary according to your specific needs. Please contact our sales department at sales@koomb.com.
